The time it takes to manufacture and deliver an order varies depending on size and complexity. It usually takes between 2-4 working days for manufacturing small trees and 4-8 for large trees and an additional 5-10 working days for delivery, depending on the delivery destination. We usually have the wine charms in stock with immediate delivery.
Yes, we offer international shipping for our products.

As soon as your order is ready, it will be sent via one of our shippers PostNord or DHL. You can find the processing time for your product on the product page of the products you ordered. Which of the forwarders we deliver with depends on your choice at checkout. Normal delivery time is between 5-10 weekdays, but may take longer in case of heavy traffic or depending on which country you live.

Contact us and return the product within 14 days of its pick up. We will come back with a return shipping label. The customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. The product must be in original condition. Specially made trees according to your wishes have no right of return.

Yes, when your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the shipper. The tracking is sent via email/text.
